Sharon Ziegler
Ms. Ziegler is the Director of Christ the King Preschool and teaches both 3 year-old and 4 year-old classes. She graduated from Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska where she earned a B.S. in Elementary Education with an Early Childhood Development concentration. She began as teacher and director at Christ the King in 2001. Ms. Ziegler has three daughters and is a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Fraser. You can email her at

Jill Farrar
Ms. Farrar teaches 3 year-old and 4 year-old classes, as well as the Young Fives class. She graduated from WCCD with an Associate Degree in Elementary Education and obtained her B.S. in Elementary Education and her master's degree in Early Childhood Development from Wayne State University. Julie Bohannon
Mrs. Bohannon has a B.A. degree from Central Michigan University. Mrs. Bohannon has been with the preschool since 2001. She works in Ms. Farrar's 4 year-old classroom. Mrs. Bohannon is a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church, is married and has two grown children.
Elizabeth Holm
Mrs. Holm has a design degree from Southern Illinois University. She has been with Christ the King since 2003. She works in Ms. Ziegler’s 3 and 4 year-old classrooms. Mrs. Holm is married with three children
Christine Rhoton
Mrs. Rhoton was raised in Harper Woods and attended Poupard, Parcells and Grosse Pointe North. She graduated from Western Michigan University with a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising with minors in Business and Art. Starting in 2010 Mrs. Rhoton works with Ms. Farrar with the 3 and 4 year olds at Christ the King. Mrs. Rhoton is a member of Christ the King and teaches Sunday School, is married and has one grown son.
Pat Steinkampf
Mrs. Steinkampf has a teaching degree in elementary education with a master’s degree in Reading from Michigan State University. She taught six years in Algonac at the elementary grade level. Mrs. Steinkampf has ben with Christ the King since 2002. She works in Ms. Ziegler’s 3 and 4 year-old classes. She also works part-time as an ESL (English as a Second Language) assistant in the Grosse Pointe Public Schools and is the Sunday school teacher for 5 year-olds at her church. Mrs. Steinkampf is married with three children.
